SJAM Highlanders win Ontario field hockey crown over Resurrection

SJAM Highlanders cap perfect season, win Ontario highschool title.

For the fourth year in a row Sir John A. Macdonald Highlanders met the Resurrection Phoenix in the final game of the OFSSA field hockey tournament. The three previous years it was Ressurection that cme out on top.

But not this year. SJAM capped off a perfect season (no losses, 2 goals against) by beating Ressurection 1-0 in cold, windy and blustery conditions at St. David’s in Waterloo.
